5) In the event where the items have factory defects, we will replace it with an item of the same value, subject to availability of sizes/designs.

Shipping / Delivery Information :
1) All orders will be mailed out within 1-2 days when full payment (*Complete Transaction) has been received.
2) Our prices are Inclusive of Normal Postage fees. (*For Local / Singapore Addresses)

6) SingPost takes about 2-7 working days for normal mails and 2-5 working days for registered mails. However, please note that there may be some delays during peak, festive periods, etc..
